Balance between Lightweight and High Strength:
The tank adopts a "curved head + cylindrical cylinder" structure. The curved head can disperse the pressure of oil products on the tank wall (avoiding cracking caused by stress concentration in right-angle structures). Meanwhile, the cylinder is manufactured using a rolled plate welding process (instead of splicing), which reduces the number of welds and improves overall strength. Some high-end tanks also adopt a "variable-diameter design" to maximize the tank volume under the compliance premise of not exceeding width and height limits (for example, the tank volume of an 8X4 oil tank truck can reach 30-35 cubic meters).

A foldable ladder is installed on the top of the tank to facilitate the staff's access for inspection.
